The USER has a profile on the same social network and has chosen to join the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social network, thus showing interest in the information published on it. Therefore, by following our official profiles, the USER grants consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile.
The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY has access to and processes the public information of the USER, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the social network and will only be incorporated into a file of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY when necessary to process the USER’s request.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY will carry out the following actions:
- Access public profile information
- Post information already published on the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social network profile on the USER’s profile
- Send personal and individual messages through the social network channels
- Update the status of the page to be published on the USER’s profile
The USER can always control their connections, remove content that no longer interests them, and restrict who they share their connections with; for this, they should access their privacy settings.
3. PUBLICATIONS
The USER, once they follow or join the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social network, may post comments, links, images, photos, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER must be the owner of the published content, have the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network, whether text, graphics, photos, videos, etc., that offends or may offend morals, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or violates intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law, is expressly prohibited.
In such cases, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to remove the content immediately, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY is not responsible for the content freely published by a USER.
The USER must bear in mind that their publications will be known to other users, so they are the main party responsible for their privacy.
Images posted on the social network will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY, but will remain in the social network.
4. MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Access and registration through the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social networks are prohibited for minors under 14 years of age. If the USER has special needs, the intervention of their legal guardian or representative is required, with valid documentation accrediting their representation.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY is expressly exempt from any responsibility arising from the use of social networks by minors or people with special needs. The RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social networks do not consciously collect any personal information from minors, so if the USER is a minor, they should not register, use the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social networks, or provide any personal information.
